Confinoix Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets approximately 170 g each (6 ounces)
  • 2 shallots or 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons or more Confinoix

Directions :  quick and easy!

  1. Preheat oven to 425o F (220o C)
  2. Oil a baking dish (for example, a square Pyrex dish).
  3. Place fillets in the dish leaving a bit of space between them.
  4. Brush the fillets with soy sauce.
  5. Press minced shallots or garlic onto the fillets.
  6. Spread the Confinoix over the fillets.
  7. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or more depending on the size of the fillets.

Serving suggestion: Serve on rice accompanied by green vegetables.
